Grief Relief and Recovery

I am sincerely sorry for your pain and loss. When we lose our babies our whole world turns into chaos. The loss of my dear baby Dakota, my companion and beloved pet seemed to happen so suddenly that I felt like I was in shock, disbelief, I felt like my guts were hanging out to put it bluntly. I was lucky I had a good support system, I was hurting so bad that I decided to do something about it. I knew there had to be many others that were not as lucky as I was so I decided to use my certification as a Grief Recovery Specialist to help other Grieving Pet Owners.
Grief is an emotion we are not prepared for.
We understand the process of birth and living, but we become upset and troubled when life ends because the process of transition (death) is a mystery to us. We know life ends for all living things and it is inevitable, but we as a society do not want to talk about grief and the feelings that manifest as a result of it so we have absolutely no knowledge of how to stop the pain of loss and recover from the Grief.
What is Grief Recovery?
Recovery simple means feeling better, recovery means claiming your circumstances instead of your circumstances claiming you and your happiness. Recovery does not mean letting go of your love, deep bond or wonderful memories of your dear pet because you have chosen to let go of the pain. Recovery is a series of small and correct choices a grieving person can take to feel better.

WHY A PHONE SESSION?
PHONE SESSIONS
You may have already discovered that many do not understand the bond you had with your beloved pet. I have learned that what grieving people really want is to be able to talk freely about their bond with their special baby and the circumstances surrounding the loss without fear of judgment . I could produce an ebook or conduct an online chat. However, since I was a grieving pet owner I know how important it is to hear a live sympathetic voice who is caring, understanding and experienced in Pet Loss. There are positive steps and actions you can take to get on the road to recovery. The first and most important step you can take is to schedule a phone session.
